Campus Joves 2026: registration opens for young people aged 11 to 30
Sagunto City Council's Youth and Childhood Department (Concejalía de Juventud e Infancia) opened online registration today, 5 June, for Campus Joves 2026 — a free summer programme in technology, creativity and adventure for people aged 11 to 30.
Campus Joves 2026 runs through June and July with weekly and fortnightly activities split between two youth centres: Casal Jove de Sagunto (c/ Josep Romeu) and Casal Jove de Puerto de Sagunto (c/ Vent de Marinada). Sessions for teenagers aged 11 to 16 offer morning slots (10:00-14:00) and afternoon slots (16:00-20:00). The Sagunto youth centre focuses on sport and cookery, while the Puerto centre runs experiments and outdoor activities. Weekly workshops fall into three blocks: Creativity and Expression (film-making, podcast, urban dance, digital design), Technology and Science (artificial intelligence, coding, Microbit), and Society, History and the Future, including the Europa Connecta programme for 16-to-20-year-olds. For those aged 16 to 25 or 30, the Joves Workshops and employability sessions cover sign language (10-17 July), board-game strategy, AI tools, CV design in Canva and Tótems. The only paid option is the school-meals supervisor certification course (20-24 July, €32). All other activities are free; places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Register at saguntjove.es. The programme is run by Councillor Guillermo Sampedro Ruiz (EUPV), also second deputy mayor. Both youth centres are open Monday to Saturday, 09:00-21:00, for in-person enquiries. According to Sagunto City Council.
