Compromís and Chunta Aragonesista object to single-track Teruel-Sagunto plan
Compromís, together with Chunta Aragonesista, will file objections against the study that proposes a single, non-electrified track on the Teruel-Sagunto rail section, Congress deputy Àgueda Micó said.
Compromís's deputy in the Spanish Congress, Àgueda Micó, called the decision to drop the high-performance corridor a political move, not a technical one, and said it amounts to a snub against Aragón and the Valencian Country. Compromís is filing its objections together with Chunta Aragonesista, an Aragonese regionalist and social-democratic party founded in 1986 from a merger of Aragonese cultural, social and nationalist associations.
